PACKAGE DEALSHIPPING INCLUDED for USA buyers This sale includes: One 1 oz bottle of MEDIUM Viscosity Flexible CA super glue (see description below) -- AND -- One 2oz spray bottle with CA accelerator/activator "FOAM SAFE" accelerator included - but: YOU MAY CHOOSE the "regular" type instead, if you would like. Activator helps the glue dry faster. Its convenient, but isn't required. Regular accelerator is acetone based, so it is NOT for use with foam, expanded polystyrene, styrofoam, and NOT for painted and finished surfaces. Foam-Safe accelerator will NOT harm foam, or painted and finished surfaces. However both kinds are relatively mild and will cause CA glue to set up quickly, but not instantly. Only a thin spray is needed. You can use the spray to harden the surface of a thick glue fillet and then the full cure will follow. You may also spray one surface first, then apply glue to the other part and put the pieces together - and your repair will set up almost instantly. (CA can take up to 24hrs to cure completely) NOTE! The FLEX CA glue is NOT "Foam-Safe". It will not work with common kinds of foam (styrofoam) but will work on many kinds of surfaces. If you would like Foam-Safe CA products, please check my other items for sale! WHAT IS "FLEXIBLE" CA?? This is a different formulation which offers a few interesting features: Medium FLEX CA is a little thicker than "Thin" Flexible CA, but not as thick as regular "medium" CA. FLEX CA doesn't dry quite as fast as regular CA, which provides a little extra working time. FLEX CA cures crystal-clear and resists cracking. Does not dry rock hard or brittle like regular CA, so it's easy to sand and doesn't tend to "chip out" - this is excellent for woodturning and the slight flexibility means it's really good for bonding applications that experience high-stress or vibration. Flex CA is not flexible like rubber, it just gives a little. FLEX CA forms a stronger bond than regular CA (it has higher shear strength). FLEX CA has a significantly longer shelf life than regular CA. Keep cool and dry for best storage life. FLEX CA can be used as a wood finish (most common use is with a woodturning lathe, such as making a clear finish on pen blanks - build up several thin layers and then it can be polished!). FLEX CA works on a wide variety of surfaces. "Medium" is best for slightly rough surfaces. Please see my ebay store for many other glue products and other items.
