See the video for how stable the bottles are and how easily they can be accessed. I designed the carousel to take up a relatively small space while storing as many paints as possible. The two-tier option holds 31 bottles (35 if four are placed on the interior of the bottom rack), and the three-tier option holds 43 (51 if using interior of bottom and middle racks).
